5.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for unworn items in original packaging with tags attached. To initiate a return:

5.2 Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days after we receive your return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5.3 Exchanges

For size exchanges on in-stock items, follow the return process and include your preferred size. We’ll ship the replacement after processing your return.

5.4 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Customized or personalized cleats/spikes
• Items marked “Final Sale”
• Worn footwear (except for manufacturing defects)
