Great shoe but order one size up!

Great shoe, love it, however, this shoe runs SMALL by one size so be sure to order up!!!!!

Same distance, better workout!

These shoes are great. They took a bit of getting used to for the first few wears, but they absolutely add exertion to my walk - and my calves are looking great.

Also, the jarring of my lower back (when my heels hit the ground in regular shoes) is gone.

My only complaint is that MBT do not offer more "animal cruelty free" styles...but I am happy that these ones are.

MBT Sneakers

They are comfortable to walk in - I have not used them as much as I intended so I cannot vouch for the claims for the leg toning. They do run small, I usually wear a shoe between 7 and 7 1/2. I ordered the 7 1/2 and probably should have gotten an 8. I have to wear very thin socks but it's manageable.

Fabulous Shoe But Runs Small

MBTs are the most amazing shoe! I have suffered with plantar fasciitis for about one year and have tried everything except surgery to relieve the pain. I bought a pair of the sandels and they relieved the pain immediately. I wore them out and so I bought these tennis shoes in the same size, however they ran more narrow and 1/2 size shorter. Otherwise, I love, love, love them!

on foot

These shoes are really werid but wonderful. They are ugly but comfortable. They are heavy but I walk lighter with them on. Make sure to get them in at least a 1/2 size bigger than you would normally wear. I have to add a arch support too. BUT my knee pain is gone and I can walk briskly with my dogs again...and able to keep up my exercise program. I love them and will buy another pair when needed. Delivery was very fast and the closeout price made them less painful to buy.
