A full length orthotic footbed that provides semi-rigid support to the entire plantar area of the foot including the longitudinal arch, with a metatarsal pad and heel cushion. Great for Plantar Faciitis Feb 15, 2010
These are a great replacement insole for sports and walking shoes. They're not too thick so they don't feel awkward. I used to come away limping after too much basketball, but not when I use these. Just enough arch support. I tried a lot of other arch support insoles but none worked for me until I found these.
As a runner - these are great and better than expensive orthotics Jan 27, 2010
I have had regular orthotics from a podiatrist. I"m a runner with metatarsal pain and some arch problems (maybe I need to give up running?!). Anyway, this is my second pair and they have been great. Try them, for $20 bucks, you won't be sorry. Also, if you are a 1/2 size (for example, my running shoes are 7.5), then just order the next full size. You could trim them but I didn't have to.

I always buy insoles for use in rubber boots. These feel like a wet sponge and really provide no support. Would never buy them again.
