meh, they're ok i guess. inexpensive at least, and well made. but they lack the real support I expected from spenco.
Spenco Ironman Sports Plus Insole Oct 11, 2009
After purchasing the SPENCO® POLYSORB® Cross Trainer Insole and losing it, when someone accidentally threw it away, I tried this one to put on my pair of sneakers. This gives good cushion and made using my pair of sneakers more bearable. My only complaint is that this insole is thicker than the cross trainer and may make your feet uncomfortable if you have shoes that fit just right.
