Great socks

Gold Toes have been my preferred socks for over 10 years. These are great and even after a few months in circulation they're still not stretched out at the top nor are they breaking down elsewhere.

Hint to everyone: I wash mine with hot water, but no bleach or liquid fabric softener. My older gold toe's have stretched out tops from a combination of age and damage to the elastic. Using hot water and dryer sheets is the way to go to makes these last even longer than they normally do.

I'd be careful to read more recent product reviews, as my guess is the quality control on the product has changed dramatically. the fabric is much thinner and more elastic than I expected - I guess to get a really thick crew sock, you'll have to buy one of their "fluffies". at around $2 per pair I'm not returning these - just disappointed they are not as thick as they were years ago.

Great quality socks

These socks are great quality, made of great material. It might help to wash them inside out though.

durable and comfortable

These are the only socks I've bought that last for more than a few months. While my older ones are a _little_ less warm, they are in incredible condition -- no holes or worn-down patches. They're well worth the price premium over generic socks. I'm not buying anything else anymore :).

Great Product

I am very happy with this product so far. They are very easy to put on, stay up on your leg, and feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend this product to others.
